The Level 3 candidates will be covering the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management which aims to give practicing or potential first line managers the foundation for their formal development in this role. The assessment process for Level 2 will be by the completion of  three “Structured Question” forms, conducted during the 3 training sessions. The Level 3 assessment process will be slightly different due to the higher level of candidates, by the completion of two ‘work based assignments’ to be completed outside of the training sessions.
