Value Stream Mapping, (Current and Future State)

On this two-day session the participants will learn how to map out a process, from customer back to supplier. On day one they will identify opportunities to improve the business through the thorough analysis of every operation in the supply chain (Current State Map). On the second day they will compile the Future State Map and outline actions that will enable the vision to become a reality by setting up action plans and allocating responsibilityy to carry out the plans.
